According to Peng Huagang, Secretary-General and spokesperson of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, more than one-third of central enterprises have been formulating the layout of the entire industry chain including hydrogen production, hydrogen storage, hydrogenation, and hydrogen use, and have achieved a number of technology research and development and demonstration applications. results.

Peng Huagang introduced that the SASAC attaches great importance to the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality actions, and is actively studying and formulating relevant opinions and plans to promote the central enterprises to play a better role in the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality actions.

At the same time, the SASAC is organizing central enterprises to strengthen scientific and technological research on low-carbon, zero-carbon and negative-carbon technologies, and lead and drive breakthroughs in green and low-carbon technologies.

Peng Huagang said that in some projects of central enterprises, the deployment of green and low-carbon technology and equipment such as wind power, nuclear power, hydrogen energy, new energy vehicles and other key tasks, to promote the development and application of technologies such as smart grid, energy storage, hydrogen energy, carbon capture, etc. The work in this area is intensifying.
