Haohua Gas adheres to the value concept of "science first", takes innovation as the lead and market as the guide, gathers outstanding talents in the industry, conducts research on common technologies and key technologies in the industry, and builds an electronic chemical innovation platform that is "leading in China and internationally renowned". 

The company has set up R&D centers in Luoyang and Dalian Guangming Institute, and established a perfect R&D system of laboratory research - pilot scale-up- industrial development - industrial technology promotion. There are 244 professional and technical personnel, accounting for 34%. Among them, there are 20 professors with senior titles, 72 deputy senior titles and 69 intermediate titles. There are 86 people with master's degree or above, including 7 doctors. There are two people receive special allowances from the State Council, one people receives special allowances from Dalian Municipal Government, one is the Key Talent of Liaoning Province, one is the Talent of Xingliao Project, one is Young Talent of Dalian, one is High-level Talent of Luoyang, and one is from abroad, with which, thus forming a high-quality scientific research team with complete specialties, pragmatic innovation, rich experience and profound attainments.
